After a series of successful and demanding demonstrations, CAP.A.C.E. ANTI GRAFFITI DIVISION, in July 2007 managed to win the bid launched by Amsa S.p.A. (Azienda Milanese Servizi Ambientali, Environmental Services Company for the City of Milan) in order to remova graffitis from Milan's historical centre.

To date 197.475 square meters of graffiti have been removed from stone and painted surfaces on 1.804 buildings (updated 30.06.2008). This success is due to the professionalism of our workers but also to our anti graffiti products and to our innovative graffiti removal system (see below).

CAP.A.C.E. ANTI GRAFFITI DIVISION participated in the most important graffiti removal initiatives in the biggest cities in Northern Italy; apart from the City of Milan, as already mentioned, CAP.A.C.E. ANTI GRAFFITI DIVISION was asked to work by the Cities of Pavia, Varese, Monza, Padua, Treviso and many other cities.

CAP.A.C.E. ANTI GRAFFITI DIVISION deals with:
  • grafffiti removal from any surface
  • antigraffiti protection treatment with sacrificial and permanent products on any surface
  • removal of illegal billposting
  • revamping of train carriages and buses
  • anti-odour and antibacterial treatments
As mentioned above, these results are possible also thanks to the innovative graffiti removal system we invented, that is the CAP.A.C.E. System.

Our cleaning system

CAP.A.C.E. cleaning system is based on the right mixture of three natural components:
air • water • inert.

All inerts (that is specific antigraffiti products) used in our system are natural and environmentally friendly.
Those which best suit our system are: Archifine Bronze®, magnesium carbonate, baking soda, calcium carbonate and Gma Garnet®.

Thanks to special adjusting valves, the cleaning mix is projected onto the surface at low pressure (0.5 - 1.5 bar), in a gradual and homogenous way. During the preparation, the various inerts are immersed in a tank full of water: this operation significantly reduces the degree of original toughness thanks to intrinsic physical features like  porosity and absorption.

This reduction amounts to about 2 - 3 Mohs.

The prerogative os this graffiti removal system is minimizing the impact between inert material and surface: this is only possible through the right mixture.
Water non only prevents the creation of dust but it also covers every single "grain" of material, thus generating an amortization effect. Here are the main distinctive features of our CAP.A.C.E. system compared to the other graffiti removal systems currently on the market:

· the mixture and the dosage of the three components (air • water • inert);
· its versatility;
· its guaranteed effectiveness;
· its price/quality ratio.
